Weighted blankets have been medically proven to aid naturally deeper sleep cycles. Our Napper is designed for a single person and comes in 3 different weights:
15 lbs - 40" x 72"
20 lbs - 45" x 72"
25 lbs - 48" x 72"
Your Napper should be roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper).
If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the lower weight category (e.g. 170lb body weight is best suited to a 15lb Napper).
The best weighted blankets are handmade! Since our Nappers are hand-knit, size and weight can vary slightly between each blanket.

I love it. If you would have asked me 6 months ago if I would ever spend $250 on a blanket… the answer would have been no. This is quality. Absolutely worth the money. I did get the 20 lb one and I am 185 lbs - it is heavy, but not *too* heavy. And that’s coming from someone with extreme claustrophobia!! I love being able to put my fingers through the weave of the blanket so I can still be on my phone lol. The only downside is that I can’t wash it - it’s gotta be dry cleaned.

What is the difference between the Cotton and Velvet Napper?
Our Cotton Napper feels like your favorite t-shirt. It’s soft, breathable, and perfect for sleeping under night after night. Our Velvet Napper (which is actually made from plastic bottles!) is better suited to cozy couch cuddles, and has a shimmery finish which makes it ideal couch candy, too!
How do weighted blankets work?
Science has shown that sleeping under a weighted blanket improves sleep quality, lowers stress, and eases anxiety, which means you wake up to a brighter day!
The weight helps to ‘ground’ you, helping you to feel safe and secure. It feels like your blanket is giving you a big cozy hug!
The weight on your body also delivers something called Deep Touch Pressure, or DTP.
