While recuperating from thyroid cancer surgery, I had to ice a great deal to reduce swelling and for comfort. Putting the ice pack on Elli was a tremendous relief. The product is amazing and the gift was well received. But let’s talk about the customer service experience. I received notice from fedex that the package had been delivered but it was not. When I called FedEx they couldn’t give me a straight answer blah blah blah. But when I emailed the customer service team for Bearalby they responded right away and said they’ll take care of it. They were super responsive and my package was at the door next day. Great job guys!!!
