This has been a savior for even the worst cramps! I used to use an electric heating pad on really bad cramp days but this thing is wayyyy more convenient because I can move it around without any cord holding me down. I also find that I like using it for the warmth even when Im not on my period.

How to use a hot water bottle?
Conventional hot water bottles need to be filled with boiled water, but this can pose safety concerns, especially if you want to use a hot water bottle while sleeping. That’s why our Snuggler is made with reheatable, all-natural Terraclay™. It delivers all the benefits of a hot water bottle with no hot water needed!
You can use the Snuggler like a hot water bottle for cramps on your stomach or back, or tuck it under your sheets to get your bed to a comfortable, sleep-promoting temperature.
Why are hot water bottles good for you?
Hot water bottles can relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote better sleep by creating a cozy sleeping environment. Many people use hot water bottles for back pain or period cramps, since their comforting warmth promotes circulation and relieves muscle tension.
Our Snuggler heated bottle is gently weighted with heat-retaining Terraclay™, combining the comfort of thermotherapy with the benefits of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP). Its sustainable design makes it a planet-friendly alternative to conventional hot water bottles, and since it doesn’t use boiling water, it’s safer than a hot water bottle for bed.
How long does a hot water bottle stay hot?
Our Snuggler can be heated in the microwave to provide safe, sustained heat for 1 hour or more. Because it isn’t filled with water, the Snuggler continues providing comforting, cozy weight while it cools.
What material is the Bearaby Warmable Bottle made of?
Our warmable bottle gets its gentle weight from tension-melting Terraclay™: an all-natural, biodegradable clay that relaxes pressure points for calming comfort. The Terraclay™ is encased in huggably soft, upcycled Snugknit that’s soothing for you and the planet, too.
How can you heat the Bearaby Snuggler and for how long?
For soothing warmth, heat the Snuggler in the microwave (800-1000 watts) for 60 seconds inside the Terra Tote. To keep your warmable safe and snuggly, do not heat without the Terra Tote. If your Snuggler is not as warm as you’d like, you can reheat it in 30 second intervals. For even heat distribution, rotate the Terra Tote 180º between each reheat and check if any part’s temperature is too high. After heating, the warmth will last up to 1 hour.
How do you freeze the Snuggler?
For cooling calm, we recommend chilling the Snuggler in the freezer for one hour or more inside the Terra Tote.
