If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bearaby.com or get in touch via this contact form. Unfortunately, no orders can be canceled once they have been processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, but our team will do our best to help!

Please note that if you cancel your order before it ships out, we will automatically initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange window on all our products*, provided your product is in tip top shape and your shipping address is within the contiguous US. To exchange your order, please reach out to us via hello@bearaby.com, and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help!

*Please note that gift cards and the small Huggets are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Orders shipped outside the contiguous US are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- $19.99 USD per item: 15, 20, and 25 lb Nappers & the 20 lb Queen Ocean Hugger.

- $24.99 for 30 lb Hugger, 25 lb King Ocean Hugger, Pupper Pod & Napigan.

This fee helps us cover the inspection and processing fees at our warehouse and fulfillment facilities.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window.

Provided you haven’t washed your weighted blanket, Muslin Cocoon, warmable, Cuddler Cover or Pupper Pod cover yet and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product. For Cuddlers, Pupper Pod, medium and large Huggets, as long as the branded label is still attached to the product, you have the original packaging, and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product.

Please keep in mind that we do charge a return processing fee as follows.
