The Cotton Hugger is ideal for couples or for anyone looking for a weighted blanket that covers an entire queen size bed. The Hugger’s got even the tallest person covered! I purchased the King Weighted Blanket from Bearaby in 2021. At first, I was hesitant because of the price, but after receiving it and using it, I quickly realized it was worth every penny.
What I love most is that I can use it year-round without getting too hot. The unique woven design allows for great airflow, making it comfortable in both warm and cool weather.
The blanket has been durable, comfortable, and provides the perfect amount of weight for relaxation and better sleep. I have enjoyed it so much that I am now in the process of purchasing one for my grandson. I was excited to see that Bearaby now makes weighted blankets for kids as well.

I love it, my husband loves it. And we rarely agree on bedding. We are both hot sleepers and yet need the weight to sleep so this is absolutely perfect. I wish there was a larger size, simply because I have a leg pillow and that, plus two adult humans, might result in one of us sacrificing a little bit. However, that’s such a minor issue

Our king size weighted blanket measures 76” x 80” and is designed to fit just right on king beds! You can take a look at our weight/size guide to see how it looks on different mattresses.
Our king size Hugger is designed to deliver just the right level of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) for two people, and it could also be a good choice if you’re looking for a heavier option just for you!
We generally recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s around 10% of your individual body weight, but when sharing a weighted blanket as a couple, the weight should distribute proportionally based on the amount of the blanket each person is resting beneath.
Our weighted king size blankets get their weight only from layers of soft, sustainable fibers.
The Ocean Hugger is made entirely of GRS-certified recycled polyester, which transforms ocean bound plastic into a soft, napworthy knit that’s just right for all season use. Every Ocean Hugger prevents 600 plastic bottles from polluting our oceans.
To keep your king size weighted blanket in snuggly shape for many naps to come, it’s important to follow the correct care instructions for the style of blanket that you have.
We don’t recommend washing your king size weighted blanket at home. Our Ocean Hugger can be washed in a commercial size washer and dryer. Use cold water on a delicate cycle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
Yes! Our standard Nappers are sized for individual use and can be used on any bed (or couch!), but our king size Hugger is specifically designed for anyone who’s looking for a weighted blanket to cover their entire king size bed.
