Most eye masks are made of cheap polyester that is bad for your skin or silk that isusually produced unethically, and I was ready to give up my search until I found this 100% Tencel option. I am so glad I waited till I found this! It is as soft as I could have hoped, and wonderfully comfortable. I will find it easier to sleep knowing it was ethically made, too!
I bought this because I love the design and the way it looks overall, such a chic and timeless style. After trying it for a couple nights, I can safely say I am already sleeping much better! When it comes to feel and performance, the mask is exactly what I had hoped for: it is gentle on my skin, completely dims light, and covers the right amount of my face.
This mask is the perfect size, shape, and texture! I can easily tuck it into a pocket of my travel backpack, but it is big enough to fully cover my eyes and block out all the light and distractions for a nap. I also like that it has only one wide, stretchy band in the back, so there is no need to fiddle with multiple straps. Great!!!
I didnt expect to feel the difference this quickly, but my skin feels noticeably fresher and cooler after switching to this Tencel eye mask from my old silk one.
It really is soft like silk, and so luxurious feeling. I chose the Sweet Lavender color, and I love the way the color looks in person just as much as I expected. It looks as good as it feels, and feels as good as it looks!
