Our Nappers are designed to fit your body, not your bed, for personalized weighted blanket benefits.
Our Nappers are sized for a single person to snuggle under to help you get the full benefits of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP)! For individual use, we recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper). If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the lower weight category (e.g. 170lb body weight is best suited to a 15lb Napper).
If you plan to use your weighted blanket alone on a queen/king bed, we recommend choosing an individual-size Napper that weighs roughly 10% of your body weight. If you plan to share your weighted blanket with a partner or you prefer a blanket that covers your entire mattress, we recommend opting for our queen/king size Hugger.

The travel blanket is wonderful. I use it while watching TV or crafting. It’s so good that I bought a 20 pound blanket for my bed. The 20 pound was even better to help ease the pain in my legs due to restless leg syndrome. Plus I have some anxiety and it’s helped tremendously. I get a better nights sleep without thrashing around. As a matter of fact, I feel like I need to increase the weight since I’ve acclimated to the 20 pound blanket. You won’t be sorry buying these manners. Very calming.

This is what where have you been all my life feels like! Worth the purchase and feels softer after wash. I am eyeing the blanket that would go underneath this for double coziness! I got the travel size in 10lbs and it feels just right.
