    Weighted eye masks should weigh at least 0.5 lbs in order to help you relax and sleep better through Deep Touch Pressure (DTP). Our Dreamer weighs 0.75 lbs to deliver a just-right balance of gentle weight across your eyes.

    For cooling calm, you can chill the Dreamer in the freezer for one hour or more inside the canvas bag.

    We recommend washing the Dreamer cold inside a laundry bag. Tumble dry low, and do not bleach.
