The Dreamer is amazing. I was hesitant to purchase a weighted sleep mask, but I’m glad it did. I definitely recommend following Bearaby’s suggestions to wear it for 10-15 minutes at a time to get used to the weight. Having worn other sleep masks, I didn’t, and the weight was different than what I was used to, but I love it. I wear a Garmin smartwatch that has the ability to monitor my sleep cycle, and I can see the increase in deep and REM sleep I get at night with the mask.

How much should a weighted eye mask weigh?
Weighted eye masks should weigh at least 0.5 lbs in order to help you relax and sleep better through Deep Touch Pressure (DTP). Our Dreamer weighs 0.75 lbs to deliver a just-right balance of gentle weight across your eyes.
Can you freeze the Dreamer?
For cooling calm, you can chill the Dreamer in the freezer for one hour or more inside the canvas bag.
How do you wash a weighted eye mask?
We recommend washing the Dreamer cold inside a laundry bag. Tumble dry low, and do not bleach.
