Yes. A zipper in the inner pillow gives you direct access to the fill. Remove as much as you like to personalize the pillow’s fullness, softness, shape, and gentle pressure.

Additional fill is not included, so only remove what you are comfortable taking out. Store any removed fill safely if you may want to return it to the pillow later.

The Overhead Hug has a removable cover made from soft, breathable cotton. Inside is a fine-spun micro-denier polyester down alternative made from exceptionally fine fibers that create an airy, flexible, and cloud-like feel.

The fill is vegan and made without animal-derived down.

The removable cotton cover is machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, and tumble dry low. Remove the cover from the inner pillow before washing.

The inner pillow and loose fill should not be machine washed. Spot clean the inner pillow as needed.

Remove the cotton cover and open the zipper in the inner pillow. Take out a small amount of fill at a time, then close the zipper and test the pillow again. Continue until the fullness, shape, and gentle pressure feel comfortable.
