I bought the king size for my bed. I was a little worried. Didn't know if it would be to warm or to cold. The truth is it's amazing. In the summer it's nice because it hugs you but is nice and vented. When is cold you can through a very thin blanket on top and your good for cold. I can't tell you how much my wife and I love this blanket. I've used a lot of weighted blankets. They are my favorite out in the woods in early winter. This is the perfect weighted blanket. I want to get the smaller one.
As a person who struggles to both fall asleep and stay asleep, this blanket is a total game changer!
I was looking for something that didn't trap a ton of heat, but also was on the heavy side. I tried the Luxome cool weighted blanket but found it to be pretty warm personally. Because of the weave on this one, (huge gaps) even the polyester one doesn't trap much heat, (so take note if you are avoiding polyester for heat trapping reasons) but still delivers on weight. So you can use other layers as needed to heat or cool and let the weighted mostly just be a weight factor rather than much of a heat factor, if that makes sense. I use it over a light cotton layer, and under a more insulating layer, so if I get hot, I can strip the top layer and cool off really well while still being nice and smothered! Genius!

I got the king-sized blanket and it fits my queen-sized bed perfectly. It is beautiful and well-made. I love how it hugs my body. I also love how cool it is. I’ll be able to use it in the summer, and it looks gorgeous with my duvet when I need extra warmth.
Who ever thought that a simple blanket could change so much? The cotton King size blanket from Bearaby is simply amazing. My wife had trouble staying asleep but the blanket changed that on the first night. Literally when you get under the blanket , the weight on your body totally relaxes you into a restful sleep. We were a bit concerned that this blanket combined with our down comforter would be too warm living in South Florida but actually the blanket did not add much warmth and just weight. This is going to to a gift that we will share with our family as everyone needs this gem! Thank you Bearaby
