We bought our son a Napper when he was little to help him sleep. Now that he’s reached 6 ft tall I thought he’d be ready for a bigger one so I bought him a full sized Napper, but he decided he didn’t want to give up his original blanket, so his dad started using the new one and loved it. Being prone to night sweats, I didn’t think a weighted blanket would be good for me, but I tried it one night when he was out of town and I was immediately hooked. It gave me the weight and comfort I’d been missing since I’d had to go with less blankets, but without the heat- truly felt like a miracle! So I splurged on a king sized blanket for our bed and now I never want to get of bed! So comforting! It’s like being at the beach buried in sand in the BEST way imaginable. We both sleep SO well and I’m never overheated. I wish I’d bought it years ago!
The blanket is perfect. My husband and I are both getting better sleep. The design is perfect - the weave allows it to be breathable so it’s not too hot. Sorry I waited so long to get one of these, but glad I waited so that I could come across this brand!
I had been putting off purchasing this blanket for about a year. After countless nights of waking up and not being able to go back to sleep, I finally made the purchase. It has made an incredible difference in my sleep. I've had the blanket for 3 weeks and have been sleeping through the night. I wish I wouldn't have put off the purchase as I could have been sleeping better for a year!
I've had the Bearaby King weighted blanket (76"x80") for a month, and it’s been fantastic. The open-knit design breathes incredibly well, providing the perfect amount of calming pressure without making you overheat. It sits flush on top of a King mattress with no overhang, which means it never slides off the bed during the night. The weight distribution is perfectly even—a huge upgrade from traditional blankets with shifting glass beads. Plus, it looks great left out on the bed as a chunky knit throw. Highly recommend!
I was an early adopter of weighted blankets having purchased a gravity when it first came out and it was way too small for a couple. Since then I have had a few different ones but most were not cotton and the fabric eventually gets all weird and pilled. So I am very excited for a cotton weighted blanket especially the open weave for the summer.

Our king size Hugger is designed to deliver just the right level of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) for two people, and it could also be a good choice if you’re looking for a heavier option just for you!
We generally recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s around 10% of your individual body weight, but when sharing a weighted blanket as a couple, the weight should distribute proportionally based on the amount of the blanket each person is resting beneath.
Our weighted king size blankets get their weight only from layers of soft, sustainable fibers.

To keep your king size weighted blanket in snuggly shape for many naps to come, it’s important to follow the correct care instructions for the style of blanket that you have.
We don’t recommend washing your king size weighted blanket at home. Our Ocean Hugger can be washed in a commercial size washer and dryer. Use cold water on a delicate cycle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
Yes! Our standard Nappers are sized for individual use and can be used on any bed (or couch!), but our king size Hugger is specifically designed for anyone who’s looking for a weighted blanket to cover their entire king size bed.
