Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Bearaby Ultimate 5-Star Sleep Retreat Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska; 21+ in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER.

A. Purchase. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit bearaby.com and make a purchase. Every $1 spent equals one (1) entry. Selected products may earn multiplier entries as disclosed on-site.

B. No-Purchase & Membership Actions. Complete eligible actions such as the sleep quiz, newsletter signup, or account creation via sharedsweeps.com to earn bonus entries as described on the Sweepstakes page.

C. Mail-in (AMOE). To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, address, email, phone number, and “Bearaby Ultimate 5-Star Sleep Retreat Sweepstakes” on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: National Sweepstakes Company, LLC, P.O. Box, Newark, NY. Limit one mail-in request per outer envelope.

D. Social Media Actions. Share eligible posts on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook using #BearabyWorstSleeperWanted and tags as described on the Sweepstakes page to earn additional entries.

4. DRAWING & ODDS. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 31, 2026 from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize: winner’s choice of either a $100,000 USD cash prize or an all-inclusive Dream Sleep Retreat for two, as described on the Sweepstakes page. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of cash alternative: $100,000.

6. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must complete required documentation, including IRS Form W-9, within the stated timeline to remain eligible.

7. BACKGROUND CHECK. Winner may be subject to a background check and/or verification of eligibility before prize award.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

9. PRIVACY. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at bearaby.com/pages/privacy-policy.

10. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR. Sponsor: Somnos LLC DBA Bearaby. Administrators may include Shared Sweeps LLC and National Sweepstakes Company, LLC. Full details are provided in the Official Rules.

11. WINNERS LIST. For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope as directed in the Official Rules after the drawing date.
