10 lb Weighted Blanket
Medical research shows sleeping under weight stimulates serotonin production (the happy hormone), reduces cortisol (the stress hormone), and increases melatonin (the sleepy hormone). This means a more relaxed body and a quieter mind for effortlessly drifting off to sleep.
A 10 lb weighted blanket works best for a bodyweight of up to 150 lbs.

Wash separately in cool water (max 30 °C), on a delicate or permanent-press cycle, and tumble dry on low.
Note: This natural weighted blanket may take more than one cycle to dry completely. Never hang your Napper to dry – it avoids stretching out the tightly-woven loops.

Not what I thought it would be too heavyWas this helpful?BBearaby9/22/22
Hi Jan, I’m so sorry to hear that your Cotton Napper turned out to be too heavy! We recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s about 10% of your body weight, but sometimes individual weight preferences vary. I see that you've purchased a 20 lb Napper – maybe the 15 lb or 10 lb version would be a better fit? I will reach out through email in case I can assist you with selecting a more suitable weight or answer any questions about our 30-day try it policy. 💙

This blanket worth ever penny! My only suggestion for Bearaby… I am a big girl and wish it were a little wider. Would sacrifice length for width. Was this helpful?
- BBBobette B.Verified Buyer9/9/22Rated 5 starsThis one fits just right!
It took comparing two weights to get it right, but now that I have, I want this thing all the time! I think that even though I am carrying a bit of extra weight right now, I am still basically a petite-framed person at 5'3". The fifteen pound blanket did feel nice, but on nights when my restless legs were bad, I was too aware of the weight of it when I tried to rollover. This would cause me to become completely awake, struggling against the blanket. The ten pound blanket is just right. Heads up: the 10 pound blanket is shorter than the other weights. This might be an issue for taller persons. So perhaps height and body frame should be taken into consideration, as well as a person's weight. It is also worth mentioning that the construction of the blanket does truly allow for ventilation, so that you do not become overheated as the blanket warms up. In fact, on cooler nights, I have found myself needing an extra lightweight cotton blanket. Only time will tell what I need to pair with it during cold winter months, but that is a much easier fix for me than having a weighted blanket that is too heavy to sleep under when it is warm. I am thankful that the blanket's first function is weight and not warmth. And due to Bearaby's special fabric and construction, they seem to have nailed that part. I am a very satisfied customer. Was this helpful?

Not only has it helped with my stress and anxiety it also looks super cute and fits in so well with my styleWas this helpful?
