If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bearaby.com or get in touch via this contact form. Unfortunately, no orders can be canceled once they have been processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, but our team will do our best to help!

Please note that if you cancel your order before it ships out, we will automatically initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange window on all our products*, provided your product is in tip top shape and your shipping address is within the contiguous US. - $19.99 USD per item: 15, 20, and 25 lb Nappers (Excluding Velvet Nappers) & the 20 lb Queen Ocean Hugger.

- $24.99 for 30 lb Hugger, 25 lb King Ocean Hugger, Pupper Pod & Napigan.

Provided you haven’t washed your weighted blanket (excluding the Velvet Napper), Muslin Cocoon, Plushknit Cocoon, Dreamer, warmable, or Cuddler Cover yet and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product. For Cuddlers, medium and large Huggets, as long as the branded label is still attached to the product, you have the original packaging, and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product.
