    This ergonomically designed warmable, freezable neck wrap cradles the neck, back, and shoulders, staying securely in place for soothing warmth or cooling calm.

    Like a hug for strained muscles, the Calmer delivers Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) and thermotherapy where you need it most, soothing your pressure points with heat-retaining Terraclay™.

    At home, work, or on the move, the Calmer soothes neck pain, relieves back pressure, and relaxes stressed-out shoulders with its gentle, warm weight. Thanks to its ergoflex design, our heatable neck wrap seamlessly molds to your neck, and its interlocking clasp keeps it fastened for easy movement. It can also be chilled in the freezer and used as a cooling neck wrap or cold pad for the neck and shoulders.

    The Calmer is a heating pad for the neck and shoulders gently weighted with tension-melting Terraclay™: an all-natural, biodegradable clay that relaxes pressure points for calming comfort.

    Terraclay™ naturally stores heat for extended periods and can even be chilled in the freezer, making our neck wrap a safe, sustainable alternative to conventional heating pads and ice packs.

    To make our heated neck wrap comforting as can be, we encase our Terraclay™ in huggably soft, upcycled Snugknit that’s soothing for you and the planet, too.

    The Calmer’s interlocking clasp keeps it securely fastened in place.

    For soothing warmth, heat the Calmer in the microwave (800-1000 watts) for 60 seconds inside the Terra Tote. To keep your warmable safe and snuggly, do not heat without the Terra Tote. If your Calmer is not as warm as you’d like, you can reheat it in 30 second intervals. For even heat distribution, rotate the Terra Tote 180º between each reheat and check if any part’s temperature is too high. After heating, the warmth will last up to 1 hour.

    For cooling calm, we recommend chilling the Calmer in the freezer for one hour or more inside the Terra Tote.

    What are the benefits of a heated neck wrap?

    Heated neck wraps can boost circulation and help ease stress on the muscles in your neck, back, and shoulders.

    Our Calmer is gently weighted with heat-retaining Terraclay™, combining the comfort of thermotherapy with the benefits of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP). Its ergonomic design concentrates comfort on key pressure points where tension manifests the most.

    How do heated neck wraps work?

    Heated neck wraps are designed to soothe strained necks and sore shoulders. Like a gentle massage, our Calmer relaxes pressure points and melts away tension, helping you unwind at any time of day.

    Our Calmer is also designed with an interlocking clasp that keeps it securely in place, so you can use your neck heating pad while you sleep, work, or travel.

    How long do you wear a neck wrap?

    You can wear a weighted neck wrap for as long as it feels comfortable and relaxing.

    Our Calmer has an interlocking clasp so that you can easily wear it on the go or while sleeping. Its gentle weight is designed to soothe soreness in your neck, back, and shoulders, and you can even heat your Calmer in the microwave and use it as a hot pad for neck pain.

    How do cooling neck wraps work?

    For cooling calm, chill the Calmer in the freezer for one hour or more inside the Terra Tote. Terraclay™ holds the cold, so the wrap can be used as a sustainable alternative to an ice pack.

      very well made, nicely weighted. Too bad it doesn't stay cold for longer than 15 mins? Wish this could be heated up in the microwave or better, boiled for steam heat!!

      Works but heavy

      I guess being heavy is the point - but for my neck, I really don't want heavy. I mainly want warm. That's why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5. But, if you want heavy -- this is your neck warmer.
