This buttery soft and breathable organic cotton weighted blanket is ideal for all seasons.
Weighted blankets have been medically proven to aid naturally deeper sleep cycles. The Cotton Napper is weighted entirely through hand-knit organic cotton — not beads, not pellets, not hidden fillers. Just pure, breathable cotton loops layered to create natural, even weight.

Thoughtfully made from farm to finish:

Our long-staple organic cotton is pre-washed for a buttery, broken-in softness — like your favorite T-shirt, but from day one.
Wash separately in cold water, on a delicate or permanent-press cycle, using mild or eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low.
Avoid fabric softeners and bleach.
Note: your Cotton Napper may take more than one cycle to be fully dried. Avoid hanging your Napper to dry – it'll stretch out its lovely loops. Avoid top-loading washing and drying machines.
Your Cotton Napper comes with a natural cotton dust bag that makes it easy to store, wash, or take along.

Our Napper is designed for a single person and comes in four different weights:
10 lbs - 40" x 64"
15 lbs - 40" x 72"
20 lbs - 45" x 72"
25 lbs - 48" x 72"
Your Napper should be roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper).
If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the lower weight category (e.g. 170lb body weight is best suited to a 15lb Napper).
The best weighted blankets are handmade! Since our Nappers are hand-knit, size and weight can vary slightly between each blanket.

Our Nappers are sized for a single person to snuggle under to help you get the full benefits of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP)! For individual use, we recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper). The most significant health benefits of weighted blankets include improved sleep and reduced feelings of anxiety and stress.
The benefit of a heavy knit blanket is the even weight distribution, which helps to extend the comfort of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) to your full body.
The recommended weighted blanket weight is 10% of your body weight. For someone who weighs 150 pounds, your best bet is the 15 lb weighted blanket. For someone closer to 200 lbs, we recommend our 20 lb blanket.
If you’re in-between weights, we recommend rounding down to the lower weight option. Our Nappers are available in 10, 15, 20, and 25 lb weight options.

Our Nappers are machine washable!
Make sure to check your washing machine’s weight capacity before washing your Napper. Our delightfully heavy blankets are great for deep sleep, but it’s essential to check beforehand if the washing machine model you have can bear the full weight of your blanket.

Our original Cotton Napper is made from 100% sustainably-farmed cotton. Our Tree Napper is made of TENCEL™, a fiber made from the wood pulp of trees grown and replaced on specialized tree farms. Our TENCEL™ comes from eucalyptus wood pulp, making it extra cooling and completely biodegradable.
While the Cotton Napper and Tree Napper both have the same braided blanket design, they’re made with different materials to suit different snuggle preferences.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much this blanket improved my deep sleep! My experience was that I wasn’t warmer with the weighted blanket. In fact I added the Bearaby blanket in addition to my existing blankets!!! I absolutely love it and highly recommend you try it, especially if you’re having issues with sleep.💤

I took some time for the intense smell at the beginning to dissipate; however, since then, I have been filled with gratitude. The blanket has supported me through really hard times. It helps to calm my anxiety and regulate my nervous system. I even experienced waking up full of charge and sympathetic activation in the middle of the night (I went to sleep with a regular blanket) and then being able to fall back asleep with the help of the blanket, which was a very new experience for me.
