Note: your Tree Napper may take more than one cycle to be fully dried. Avoid hanging your Napper to dry – it'll stretch out its lovely loops. Avoid top-loading washing and drying machines.

The best-weighted blankets are handmade! Since our Nappers are hand-knit, size and weight can vary slightly between each blanket.

Do you want to wake up rested with a relaxed body and a refreshed mind? That’s what this blanket has given me. Waaaayyy more than I expected! It calmed my nervous system, just as promised, and that was something I really needed. Ankle surgery last year left my feet in a wiggly nervy state that made it very hard to sleep, but once under the napper, everything calmed down. No more tossing and turning, and way less joint pain, too,
I got a lighter weight Tencel blanket to put on top of the comforter on the bed I share with my spouse, at the advice of the stellar customer service agent, so I wouldn’t be too hot with the bed linens already in place underneath the blanket. So do drop the customer service folk a line if you have any questions. I was really impressed with their ability to understand my concerns and offer a solution.

P.S. it did take about a week to get used to more weight. At first I would wake up and think, “What is so heavy on top of me?” and then if I did wake up, I would think, “ohhh that weight feels soooo good.” So give it a little time to integrate with your sensory habits
I bought this as a gift for my wife; I hate weighted blankets, they make me feel claustrophobic. I tried the bearaby one night when she was out of town and immediately ordered another. Because it’s so form fitting and contours to your body if feels like a hug you sleep in. It wasn’t too hot and the weight is evenly distributed and far more comfortable than the pockets of beanbag blankets I’ve tried before

Our Tree Napper is a cooling weighted blanket made with a moisture-wicking, breathable fabric called TENCEL™. While all our Nappers are designed with an open-loop knit design to allow for airflow, our Tree Nappers are by far the coolest.
In a nutshell: The Tree Napper delivers airy, cooling comfort, while the Cotton Napper treads a perfect balance between breathable and cozy.
The key difference comes down to the fabric. The Tree Napper is woven from a cool-to-the-touch, moisture-wicking fabric called TENCEL™. It gives off that ‘cool-side-of-the-pillow’ feel, and when coupled with our breathable, open-loop knit design, it really helps to keep you nice and cool all night long.
While the Cotton Napper might not have the same cooling properties, the buttery soft cotton we use is naturally breathable, and our breathable design keeps you cozy but comfy.
