TENCEL™ wicks away moisture which makes it perfect for hot sleepers. Using no irrigation or chemical fertilizers, TENCEL™ is 100% biodegradable and one of the most sustainable fabrics on earth. It’s more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk and cooler than linen.

Wash separately in cold water, on a delicate or permanent-press cycle, using mild or eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low.
Avoid fabric softeners or bleach.
Note: your Tree Napper may take more than one cycle to be fully dried. Avoid hanging your Napper to dry – it'll stretch out its lovely loops. Avoid top-loading washing and drying machines.

Our Napper is designed for a single person and comes in 4 different weights:
10 lbs - 40" x 64"
15 lbs - 40" x 72"
20 lbs - 45" x 72"
25 lbs - 48" x 72"
Your Napper should be roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper).
If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the lower weight category (e.g. 170lb body weight is best suited to a 15lb Napper).
The best-weighted blankets are handmade! Since our Nappers are hand-knit, size and weight can vary slightly between each blanket.

For individual use, we recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s roughly 10% of your body weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper). If you plan to use your weighted blanket alone on a queen/king bed, we recommend choosing an individual-size Napper that weighs roughly 10% of your body weight. Our Tree Napper is a cooling weighted blanket made with a moisture-wicking, breathable fabric called TENCEL™. While all our Nappers are designed with an open-loop knit design to allow for airflow, our Tree Nappers are by far the coolest.
In a nutshell: The Tree Napper delivers airy, cooling comfort, while the Cotton Napper treads a perfect balance between breathable and cozy.
The key difference comes down to the fabric. The Tree Napper is woven from a cool-to-the-touch, moisture-wicking fabric called TENCEL™. It gives off that ‘cool-side-of-the-pillow’ feel, and when coupled with our breathable, open-loop knit design, it really helps to keep you nice and cool all night long.
While the Cotton Napper might not have the same cooling properties, the buttery soft cotton we use is naturally breathable, and our breathable design keeps you cozy but comfy. A handful of our customers actually found the Cotton Napper too cool, so you never know – one person’s cozy is sometimes another person’s cool!

I have been having issues sleeping with life stresses. I received mine and the first night, it was way heavy and had planned to return it... BUT... I hadn't read the email that said you needed several days to get used to it. I did read the email after a few days and each night it kept getting better and better. Now that I am used to it, WOW... I can't actually imagine sleeping without it now. (will airlines allow me to bring it on the plane when I travel?)
I was told about this blanket by a friend. I had shared that I was having trouble sleeping. So I went to the website took the quiz. Based on weight the blanket I first ordered was too heavy. It did nothing for me but make me feel suffocated or oppressed. Chatted with a rep. regarding a return, she suggested I give a lighter blanket a try. So glad I listened, I love it now, and I understand the hype!
I'm very pregnant and sleeping very, very hot. Like waking up sweaty and miserable hot. In a fit of desperation, I purchased this blanket so I could feel cocooned but cool, and it worked (with an open window and a fan pointed at me). I'm confident that this blanket will also be incredibly cozy paired with another blanket once I'm back to my usual internal temperature. Unlike others, I never really experienced a break in period. I felt relief and comfort from the first use!
I’ve tried others like the gravity blanket and have found them too heavy and very hot to sleep with. I purchased the 10 lb going by the 10% of your weight rule and if i’m between go to the lower weight. It is perfect! Breathes, don’t get overly hot and enough weight to provide stress relief and reduce restless legs. Very happy and would definitely recommend to hot sleepers who want to try a weighted blanket.
