Wash separately in cold water, on a delicate or permanent-press cycle, using mild or eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low.
Avoid fabric softeners or bleach.
Note: your Tree Napper may take more than one cycle to be fully dried. Avoid hanging your Napper to dry – it'll stretch out its lovely loops. Avoid top-loading washing and drying machines.

If you plan to use your weighted blanket alone on a queen/king bed, we recommend choosing an individual-size Napper that weighs roughly 10% of your body weight. I have been having issues sleeping with life stresses. I received mine and the first night, it was way heavy and had planned to return it... BUT... I hadn't read the email that said you needed several days to get used to it. I did read the email after a few days and each night it kept getting better and better. Now that I am used to it, WOW... I can't actually imagine sleeping without it now. (will airlines allow me to bring it on the plane when I travel?)
I was told about this blanket by a friend. I had shared that I was having trouble sleeping. So I went to the website took the quiz. Based on weight the blanket I first ordered was too heavy. It did nothing for me but make me feel suffocated or oppressed. Chatted with a rep. regarding a return, she suggested I give a lighter blanket a try. So glad I listened, I love it now, and I understand the hype!

Man! I love this blanket! It checks just about every box, and the quality is unreal. The soft Tencel makes it super soothing on my skin. I take an SSRI (Prozac) that ends up giving me hot sweats and vivid dreams at night, so this is perfect! If I do get a bit chilly, I will add a blanket underneath it. I do own a top loading Maytag; however, it says it's rated for the 15-pound weight if I just do that by itself. Overall, pretty expensive, but Gemini's #1 recommendation for me, and quite frankly the best blanket I have ever laid under. Hopefully it will last many years!
I have had issues with not feeling rested and with neck aches for years and I always attributed it to not having the right pillows. I stayed with a friend on a work trip and needed extra blankets since he kept his house colder than I'm used to, but the extra weight helped me sleep better than I had in a while. I decided to try a weighted blanket and Bearaby was the most recommended brand I could find across many reddit forums, so I gave it a shot. This thing absolutely rules! The 15-pound option was recommended for my body size and it is perfect. I have been waking up rested every morning since I got it. I move a lot when I sleep I so it does fall off the bed sometimes, but I always wake up shortly after it falls off so I'm able to pull it back up and quickly get back to sleep. I've only had it for a few weeks so I'm not sure how it'll hold up in the warmer months, especially because I sleep hot, but it has not been too warm even with other blankets during the colder weather recently.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone who's considering it.
